It also includes the SeekSoul Tools software for single-cell data analysis. Leveraging advanced microfluidic technology, the kit facilitates single-cell isolation and capture using a water-in-oil system, while nucleic acid-modified Barcoded Beads ensure precise molecular labeling of RNA from individual cells. The resulting high-throughput single-cell transcriptome library is fully compatible with Illumina and MGI sequencers, making it ideal for applications in tumor research, immunology, cellular development, viral infection studies, drug discovery, and target screening.
