The kit breaks through the limitation that the traditional 3' or 5' transcriptome can only analyze the sequence at one end of the mRNA, and uses microfluidic digital droplets and Barcoded Beads conjugated with random primers to achieve random capture and detection of the transcriptome. The kit needs to be used with the company's self-developed SeekOne®® Digital Droplet System (SeekOne® DD) to complete the whole process from single-cell nucleic acid labeling to transcriptome library construction, and is equipped with single-cell data analysis software SeekSoul Tools to provide you with a one-stop single-cell transcriptome solution.
